Join our resident herpetological expert as we take a hike down Snake Road and get an up-close and personal view of some of nature’s most misunderstood animals. For those who respect snakes but aren't necessarily willing to dive right into hunting for them, no worries. A simple hike down Snake Road affords visitors a view of some of southern Illinois’ most impressive bluff lines and swamp estuaries. So, emerge from your own winter hibernation and join us for an amazing day down by the river.
